The Aurora University men's basketball took to the road for a NACC contest at Milwaukee School of Engineering on Tuesday night. The Spartans erased a five point deficit with 24 seconds left in the game to send the contest to overtime. MSOE converted four free-throws in the final seconds of overtime to knock off the Spartans 73-69.

- The Spartans trailed 8-2 four minutes into the game and then answered with a 7-2 run of their own to trail by one 10-9 with 12:33 left in the first-half.

Nathan Yockey made baskets with under five minutes to play and the Spartans led again at 50-49.
- Over the next 4:20 of game action, AU was out scored 10-5 and trailed 59-54 with 24 seconds left in the game.

Nolan Boffman hit a three with nine seconds left to put the Spartans down two at 59-57.
- AU fouled MSOE who missed the front end of a one and one with the Spartans grabbing the rebound and calling a timeout.

Joevonn McCottry a look which he was fouled. He made both free throws to tie the game and send it to overtime.
- McCottry drained a three early in overtime to put AU up 62-59.
- The game would be tied four times in overtime with the last coming at 69-69 with less than a minute to play.
- MSOE would convert four free throws in the final 24 seconds of the contest and knock off the Spartans 73-69.
