The Aurora University women's hockey team continued their series against Lawerence University with another Northern Collegiate Hockey Association matchup on Saturday afternoon at Fox Valley Ice Arena. Similar to Friday night's matchup, eight different players scored a goal for the Spartans as they shutout their opponent for the second time this 8-0 behind goalie
Marie Dedert.

- The first period remained scoreless until the 14:18 mark, when
Cara Cook snuck one past the Vikings goalie with a wrist shot that found the back of the net. Cook was assisted by
Makenna Brownlee.
- Less than three minutes later, the Matson sisters struck for another Spartan goal. Darci assisted
Molly Matson for her second goal of the season to give AU a 2-0 lead.
- The Spartans had one more opportunity to knock in another goal before the end of the period with a five on four power play, but were unable to convert.
- At the 7:36 mark in the second period, the Spartans converted off a power play. M. Matson was on the assisting end this time to
Olivia Buzzelli who sniped one into the back left corner of the net.
- AU made it 4-0 just over five minutes later thanks to Annabelle Scriver's first goal of the season. Scriver picked up a loose puck in the Vikings defensive zone and found the back of the net.

Samira Schmidt kept AU rolling with a redirect goal to make it 5-0 at the 15:56 mark. Schmidt was assisted by M. Matson and Brownlee for her first collegiate goal.
- The Spartans would add more before the end of the second period off a power play.
Madison Gasper got in on the scoring action as she was set up by D. Matson.
- AU took their 6-0 lead into the second intermission.
- Peyton Elliot wasted no time giving the Spartans their seventh goal in the third period. Just 23 second into the frame, M. Matson assisted Elliot for her fifth goal of the season.
- At the 7:38 mark in the final period,
Stephanie Schmunk gave AU an 8-0 lead off a power play. She sniped one into the left side of the net as and was set up by Gasper.
- That final goal gave AU the 8-0 victory.
