AU women run at North Central Red-White

The Aurora University women's cross country team competed at the North Central Red/White XC Open meet with a partial team. The Spartans placed third with a score of 87 points.
Emily Fetzer finished first for the squad, placing 25th with a time of 19:46.9.
Up next was August Pautsch, placing 28th with a time of 20:06.4. This is over two minutes faster than her finish at this same meet last year.
Natalie Flores shaved more than 20 seconds of last year's time, placing 29th with a time of 20:20.0.
Rounding out the scoring was Shaley Gonzalez, placing 33rd with a time of 20:57.2, and freshman MiKa Fields, placing 26th with a time of 21:14.9.

Up next the Spartans compete at the NCAA DIII Midwest Regional meet, hosted by Wartburg College on Saturday, November 11th.
