The Aurora University men's basketball team hosted Beloit College on Tuesday night in a non-conference battle on Lancaster Court in Thornton Gymnasium. A balanced scoring attack saw the Spartans get back to their winning ways in a 71-57 victory.

Josh Holmes gave AU an early 9-5 lead through five minutes.

Isaiah Davis propelled the Spartans to their largest lead of the first half at nine with 5:40 to go.
