The Aurora University men's basketball team continued their home stand on Saturday afternoon in a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference match-up against St. Norbert College. Despite a strong first half, the Spartans fell short against the Green Knights 81-72. Four Spartans scored in double figures in a game that was closer than the final score would indicate.

- The Spartans came out firing from three-point range with Isaiah Davis draining two and AU led 14-7.
- AU hit six of their first seven field goals to take a 16-10 lead through five minutes.
- The Spartans wouldn't trail until late in the first half, but quickly regained that lead after three Isaiah Davis free throws.
- This allowed AU to take a 42-40 lead going into the halftime break.
- AU shot 56% from the field in the first half and 64% from beyond the arc, which included a pair of treys from Davis and Noah Butler.
- The Spartans collected 12 points off turnovers in the first half with the Green Knights only totaling three.
- Davis kept up his hot shooting, scoring eight of AU's first 10 points to start the second half.
- Just over halfway through the second half, Joevonn McCottry finished at the rim to tie the score at 54. McCottry tallied 11 points in the second half.
- AU was unable to take the lead the rest of the way and fell to the Green Knights 81-72.
- The Spartans shot 46% from beyond the arc in the second half and 54% in the game.
- Davis finished with 19 points to lead the Spartans with 12 of those points coming from deep.
