The Aurora University men's hockey team returned to the ice for game two of a nationally ranked Northern Collegiate Hockey contest against Adrian College. The #7 Spartans fell to the #3 Bulldogs 8-2.

- The Bulldogs stuck first with 35 seconds remaining in the first period. 
- Adrian would add a power play tally midway through the second and four minutes later added an even strength goal to take a 3-0 lead.
- With less than two minutes remaining in the third, the Spartans got on the board. Carson Riddle scored a power play tally on an assist from Hassan Akl.
- The Spartans allowed four goals early in the third before Derrick Budz scored a power play tally. Gio Procopio and Jack Jaunich recorded the assists. AU trailed 7-2 with 8:50 left on the clock. 
- With five minutes remaining, Adrian would score and AU fell 8-2.
