The Aurora University men's lacrosse team headed to the road for a weekend non-conference matchup at Calvin University. The Spartans defeated the Knights 11-9.

- The Spartans dominated the first quarter, scoring four goals coming from Andy Trenary, Ben Strub (2), and Chris Bucci. 
- Zach Bernstein opened the scoring in the second to put the Spartans up 5-0.
- The second quarter consisted of back and forth action with a total of six goals scored.
- Shortly after, Calvin got on the board with 12:15 remaining in the quarter.
- Andy Trenary and Brody Macdonald followed with back to back goals. 
- The Knights scored twice in the final two minutes of the quarter and the Spartans led 7-3 heading into halftime.
- Calvin recorded two goals in the third while Carson Leader joined in on the scoring action with a man up goal. 
- The Spartans and Knights traded goals in the fourth quarter. Leader recorded his seconded of the day to open the quarter.
- Calvin closed in on the Spartans lead, scoring four goals back to back to tie the game 9-9 with 5:05 remaining on the clock.
- With 2:22 remaining, Owen Spencer scored the go ahead goal and Andy Trenary followed to make it 11-9 Spartans.
- Andy Trenary picked up the hat trick with his final goal with 17 seconds left
- AU celebrated the victory in Michigan, winning 11-9.
