The Aurora University women's lacrosse team advanced to the 2023 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Tournament Final with a dominating 21-2 semi-final round victory over Edgewood College on Wednesday evening.

- The Spartans won the opening draw with
Brianna Peck grabbing the ball and 38 seconds later she fed
Jalyn Yaukovitz for the 1-0 lead.
- Peck would score on a
Danielle Cobbett assist 50 seconds later and AU led 2-0.
- After an Edgewood goal, AU rattled off the next seven goals.

Bailey Simpson collected a first quarter hat trick and
Monique Gibson scored twice as AU led 7-1 after one quarter.
- Yaukovitz and Gibson scored early in the second before an Edgewood goal ended the 7-0 run.
- Goals from Peck, Gibson and Simpson put AU up 12-2 and the running clock began with 9:02 left in the second quarter.
- AU would go on to lead 15-2 going to halftime.
- With the running clock in the second-half, AU scored all six of the tallies.
