The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference announced the 2024 men's volleyball preseason poll, voted on by the league's head coaches and sports information directors.

Dan Ames were picked to finish second in the 2024 poll, after a 2023 season that saw AU claim a share of the NACC title, the first for the young program. AU will open the 2024 season on Thursday, January 25 when they travel to No. 8 Carthage College. Match time is set for 7:00 p.m. in Kenosha, Wisconsinn.
The Spartans received 312 points and eight first-place votes and were selected just behind their rival from Benedictine University who had 322 points and 15 first-place votes. The two teams shared the 2023 NACC title.
Dominican University followed in the poll with two first-place votes and 271 points. Concordia University Wisconsin was picked fourth with 266 points, MSOE was fifth with a first-place vote and 255 points, Marian University was sixth (176 points)
Illinois Institute of Technology is seventh (174 points), Concordia University Chicago eighth (147 points), St. Norbert College was ninth (145 points) with Edgewood College (124 points) followed by Lakeland University (83 points), Rockford University (55 points) and Wisconsin Lutheran College in 13th with 36 points.
The NACC's regular season standings determine the teams that qualify for the conference tournament, while the tournament champion receives the league's automatic bid to the NCAA III Championship Tournament.
