The Aurora University men's basketball team took the court for another road NACC match-up on Wednesday night, this time squaring off against Falcons of Concordia University Wisconsin. The Spartans saw themselves within one possession until the final 13 seconds, but were defeated by the hosts by a score of 68-64.

- AU came out firing going on a 10-3 run through the first seven minutes of action.

Isaiah Davis led the run with a couple of finishes at the rim.
- With 5:43 to go in the first half, the hosts would take their first lead since the opening minute at 23-21.
- The Spartans quickly regained that lead after
Noah Butler nailed a shot from beyond the arc.
- Each team traded baskets the rest of the first half, as AU held a 29-27 lead going into the locker room.
- AU dominated the glass in the first half, out rebounding the hosts 23-16 and securing a 10-4 advantage on second chance points.
- The stifling Spartan defense only allowed the Falcons to shoot 35% in the first 20 minutes.

- The Falcons started the second half on a 9-0 run.

Josh Holmes answered that run with baskets on back-to-back Spartan possessions. AU saw a 36-33 deficit through the first four minutes of the second half.
- After trailing by as many as nine, the Spartans came out on fire after a timeout with an 11-0 run.

Michael Osborne netted seven points during the run to give the Spartans a 46-44 lead about halfway through the second half.
- With each side trading baskets, Davis knocked down a clutch three-pointer with 1:11 remaining to tie the score at 62.
- A late 5-0 run from the Falcons helped them defeat AU 68-64.
- Michael Osbonre came alive in the second half, nearly finishing the game with a double-double at 19 points and nine boards. He also added three steals defensively.
- AU's bench did outscore their opponent's 17-10.
