The Aurora University women's volleyball team hosted the Warriors of Wisconsin Lutheran College on Thursday night and the two NACC foes battled through four sets with the Spartans prevailing 3-1 (25-16, 23-25, 25-23, 25-19).

- AU exploded from the opening serve of the first set and quickly built an insurmountable lead before going on to win 25-16.

Lilly Vance led AU with four kills in the first set.
- Sets two and three were near mirrors of each other, closely played down to the final point.
- WLC won set two 25-23 before AU took a 2-1 set advantage with a 25-23 win in the third set.

Kate Poellmann and
Lulu Torres each had five kills apiece in the third set win.
- AU trailed early in the fourth set but a pair of service aces from
Hannah Joseph and some strong attacking launched the Spartans ahead of the Warriors.
- A 10-2 AU run gave the Spartans a 15-10 lead.
- Leading 16-15, the Spartans went on a run to end the set and match by a 25-19 score.
- Poellmann led the way with four kills in the fourth set victory.
