The Aurora University women's volleyball team hosted a pair of matches on Saturday with Senior Day festivities taking part prior to match one with Milwaukee School of Engineering. AU swept the day, defeating MSOE 3-1 before sweeping the night cap with Wheaton College 3-0.

MATCH TWO SCORE: Aurora University 3, Wheaton College 0 (25-20, 25-19, 25-23)

MATCH ONE vs MSOE
- AU fell behind 16-9 in the first set when Head Coach James Seitelman called a timeout to stem the MSOE rally.
- The timeout worked out well as the Spartans stormed back and won the set 25-21.
- Senior Kate Poellmann led six Spartans with six kills in the set.
- A 12-1 AU run in the second set fueled by three Lulu Torres aces and three Poellmann kills led the way for a 25-12 set win.
- Poellmann once again had six kills while Torres had three of the six aces in the set.
- AU started slowly in the third set but rallied back and led 22-18.
- MSOE would out-score AU and win the set 26-24 to continue the match.
- The fourth set also was a slow starter for AU who trailed 7-2.
- After working their way back into the set and taking a lead, it would be a Katelyn Ruse ace that sealed the win 26-24.

MATCH TWO vs. Wheaton
- AU led wire to wire in the first set and won 25-20 with a late rally from Wheaton cutting into a larger Spartan lead.
- Torres led all attackers with six kills in the set.
- An early 8-1 run in the second set gave the Spartans a 9-4 advantage that they would hold onto and run away with a 25-19 set victory.
- Poellmann had five kills in the second set win.
- The third set was back and forth throughout with a two-point deficit in the set being the largest either would trail.
- AU would win three of the final four points to win 25-23.
- Torres knocked down five of the 12 AU kills in the set victory and 3-0 match win.
