The Aurora University men's soccer team traveled to Wisconsin Lutheran College for more Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference play on Wednesday evening, with the Spartans looking to position themselves as high a seed as possible in the standings with the conference tournament approaching. AU shutout the Warriors 5-0, as
Enrique Gonzalez and
Josue Roman each netted two goals to lead the Spartans.

Enrique Gonzalez scored the match's first goal in the 16th minute off a dish from
Branden Dolezal. This was just the beginning of AU's scoring barrage.
- About 13 minutes later in the first half,
Edgar Perez found
Josue Roman who gave the Spartans a 2-0 lead.
- AU would take this 2-0 lead into the locker room, as the Warriors were only able to muster one shot on goal the first 45 minutes.
- Roman followed up his first half goal with another one in the 65th minute, good for his 8th of the season to give the Spartans a 3-0 lead. Gonzalez picked up an assist on Roman's second score.
- In the 80th minute, Gonzalez found the back of the net for his second goal of the match and 18th of the season. He was assisted by
Jaziel Enriquez.
- The Spartans added one more with about three minutes to go when Dolezal got in on the scoring fun. He was assisted by
Omar Saldana.
- This helped AU cruise to the 5-0 victory.
- The AU defense only allowed two shots on goal the entire match, both of which were no trouble for
