Saturday afternoon saw the Aurora University men's soccer team back on their home turf, facing off against the St. Norbert Green Knights. The Spartans made their mark first in the opening half, but the teams entered halftime locked in a 1-1 deadlock. The excitement escalated in the second half as Josue Roman and Jziel Enriquez netted back-to-back goals within the same minute, giving the Spartans a commanding 3-1 lead. Halftime also featured a tribute to the alumni of the AU men's soccer program, celebrating the legacy of Spartan soccer.

- At just 5:45 into the second half, senior Branden Dolezal struck first, finding the back of the net with assists from Roman Josue and Edgar Perez to give the Spartans an early 1-0 lead.
- In the 15th minute, the Green Knights struck back, leveling the score at 1-1 with a  shot that found the high right corner of the net.
- As the half unfolded, the Spartans ramped up the pressure, firing off seven shots to the Green Knights three. Despite AU's effort, the teams walked off the field at halftime with the score tied at 1-1.
- The teams went back-and-forth for most of the half until freshman Josue Roman finally broke the stalemate, firing a shot into the lower left corner after receiving passes from Jziel Enriquez and Branden Dolezal. Within the same minute, Enriquez followed up with a left-footed strike, putting the Spartans ahead 2-1 with 17 minutes remaining, thanks to a setup by Ben Mernik.
- In the final minutes, the intensity of the game rose, resulting in a flurry of four yellow cards. As the clock wound down, SNC took a few last-minute shots but failed to find the back of the net.
- AU clinched a 3-1 victory on Alumni Day.
