The Aurora University women's volleyball team returned to Thornton Gymnasium on Thursday evening to take on the visiting Regents of Rockford University. AU won in decisive fashion 3-0 (25-14, 25-21, 25-13).

- AU took a lead midway through the first serve behind a kill and two aces from
Lulu Torres.
- The Spartans would win the opening set 25-14 behind seven aces with three each from Torres and
Trinity Nelson.
- The second set again had AU run out to a sizable lead with this time the visitors rallying late to cut into the final score.
- AU won the second set 25-21 with Torres knocking down seven kills.Â
- Some special guests from Saint Peter and Paul in Naperville were on hand and took part in a serving contest between games.
- The Spartans responded in the third set with a 25-13 win, never trailing in the frame.

Rosie Karl led the Spartans with six kills as AU hit .389 in the third set win.
