The Aurora University women's volleyball team saw the 2024 season come to an end in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Tournament on Thursday night at Edgewood College. AU won the opening set and battled valiantly in the remaining sets but would ultimately drop the match 3-1.

- The Spartans took advantage of numerous Edgewood attack errors early in the first set to open up an 8-3 lead.
- A timely timeout call from Head Coach
James Seitelman allowed AU to withstand an Edgewood come back and expand on the lead.
- The Spartans would win 25-20 behind four kills each from
Lulu Torres and
Lilly Vance.
- The second set was tied 13-13 following a Torres kill.
- Edgewood would pull away behind some defensive blocks and win 25-18.
- After an early large deficit in the third set, the Spartans fought all the way back and led 21-19 after three straight
Kate Poellmann kills.
- AU would be out-scored down the stretch and drop the third 25-23.
- Poellmann led all attackers with nine kills in the third set.
- The fourth set again saw AU fall behind by a sizable margin early and battle back with a tie score 17-17.
- AU just didn't have enough though, dropping the fourth set 25-21 and the match 3-1.
