The Aurora University men's hockey team lost for the first time in the 2024-2025 season at No. 2 St. Norbert College 3-2 in overtime. The Spartans jumped ahead 2-0 in the second period behind a pair of Landry Schmuck goals and got a 50 save performance from JaCob Mucitelli.

- The third period saw JaCob Mucitelli continue to remain strong in net, stopping all 13 shots as the game headed to overtime.
- SNC controlled the pace in overtime and 2:31 in the hosts scored for a 3-2 win over the Spartans.
