The Aurora University men's hockey team extended their home winning streak with a weekend sweep of Hamline University. The sweep marked a milestone for the #5 Spartans, as Head Coach Jason Bloomingburg earned his 100th career victory.

- The game's first goal came at 10:51 in the opening period, with Andrew Schultz scoring off assists from Landry Schmuck and Hassan Akl.  
- AU carried a 1-0 lead into the first intermission while dominating offensively, out-shooting the Pipers 20-9.  
- The Pipers capitalized on a Spartan penalty to even the score early in the second.
- Despite the setback, AU maintained offensive pressure with 13 shots on goal in the second period.
- With just three minutes remaining, Eddie Paulissian scored the go-ahead goal. The play was set up by Landry Schmuck, whose shot was deflected by Chayce Schmidt before Paulissian found the back of the net.
- With 2:13 remaining, the Spartans secured an insurance goal as Juliano Santalucia became the third Spartan to find the back of the net, assisted by Jacob Brockman and Hassan Akl.
- In the final seconds, Hamline pulled their goalie for an extra skater, but Hassan Akl capitalized, scoring with assists from Jacob Brockman and Keaton Lipset.
-The Spartans secured a 4-1 victory.
