The Aurora University women's lacrosse team played the second game of the two game spring break trip to the southeast at Meredith College. AU fell to Meredith 11-9.

- The Spartans found themselves down 3-0 midway through the first quarter.
- Goals from
Danielle Cobbett and
Nicolina Smith in the final five minutes of the first pulled AU to down one at 3-2.

Sydney Mann tied the game at 3-3 2:03 into the second.
- The game of scoring runs transitioned back to the hosts though who scored the final three goals of the half.
- AU trailed 6-3 going to halftime.

Caley Russell scored twice at 12:53 and 12:09 to bring the Spartans to down one at 6-5.
- Less than a minute after Meredith scored to go back up two, Mann scored her second of the game to pull the deficit back to one.
- Meredith would score the last two goals of the third and led 9-6 going to the fourth.
- Once again the Spartans would work to get the deficit to one as
Kenly Axvig and
Brianna Peck scored.
- With 11:40 remaining in the game, AU trailed 9-8.
- Two Meredith goals followed as the hosts regained a three goal advantage.
- Cobbett scored the games final goal with 1:21 left as the Spartans would fall 11-9.
