The Aurora University men's lacrosse team put up 25 goals for the second time in three games as they eased past the Buccaneers of Beloit College 25-5 on the road Wednesday night. This marks the Spartans fifth-straight victory as they remain a perfect 5-0 in Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference play.

- AU amassed 10 goals in the first quarter, starting with a Brody Macdonald shot that found the back of the net. He was assisted by
Rielan Pura.

Chris Bucci followed MacDonald with a goal assisted by
Ben Strub, before Strub came up with a goal of his own with 9:12 on the clock in the first.
Owen Spencer assisted Strub to make it 3-0.
- Spencer picked up an unassisted goal before
Dylan Kranzush found the back of the net to give AU a 5-0 lead.

Tyler Foerstel and
Conor Bolton got in on the scoring barrage later in the first, with Pura picking up another assist on the Bolton goal.
- Kranzush, Spencer, and Strub each picked up a goal before the end of the first to give AU the double digit lead at 10-1.

Mikail Byun scored in between two Pura unassisted goals early in the second. This gave the Spartans a 13-1 advantage.Â

Luke DuPont joined the scoring fun late in the second with an unassisted tally before
Kyle Bosshart setup
Cort Welch for a goal right before the buzzer. The Spartans took a 15-1 lead into the halftime locker room.
- Beloit scored the first goal of the second half to trail 15-2.

Austin Spoklie later answered with a goal assisted by
Hunter Walz.

Charlie Kirkland and Micahel Hudik each scored before the end of the third, while
Caden Bunes and DuPont also picked up goals. This made it 20-2 going into the fourth quarter.
- Beloit scored two goals in the beginning of the final quarter, while Kirkland dished one to
Eli Pangborn for an AU goal. The Spartans held a 21-4 lead about halfway through the fourth.
- Pangborn was on the assisting end of a Bunes goal, before Beloit scored to make it 22-5 with 7:38 remaining.
