The Aurora University women's lacrosse team will head to the NCAA Division III Women's Lacrosse Championships for the fourth time in program history. The Spartans received a Pool A berth as they finished the regular season with a 12-6 overall record and won the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Tournament Championship.
The Spartans will travel to the University of Chicago regional and take on Colorado College (14-5) on Saturday, May 11. Game time will be announced in Chicago, Illinois. The winner between the Spartans and Tigers will play the Chicago Maroons on Sunday, May 12 with a game time to be announced.

Christina Fried, will make its fourth consecutive NCAA Division III Women's Lacrosse Championships appearance. On the season, AU was 0-3 against their opponents who also made the 2024 NCAA field of 46.

Caitlin Cron. The trio won the NACC Midfielder, Attack and Defensive Player of the Year honors. Cobbett is the AU leader with 107 points on 44 goals and 63 assists. Peck has 61 goals and eight assists for 69 points while also collecting 109 draws, picking up 69 ground balls and causing 36 turnovers. Cron has 34 caused turnovers and 51 ground balls.
As a team, AU averages 14.2 goals per game while allowing 8.8 per game. The Spartans have converted on .413 of their free-position opportunities. Defensively, AU has caused 244 turnovers and has been successful on .770 of their clears.
