The Aurora University women's soccer team continued their three-game home stand start the season on Wednesday evening when they took the Spartan Athletic Park pitch, looking to get their first win of 2024 when they took on Lake Forest College. AU fell behind early and was never able to overcome the deficit in the 3-0 loss to the Foresters.

- The Foresters saw a penalty kick in the 75th minute, but Cane layed out to make a couple of terrific saves.
- AU saw an opportunity to get on the board in the final minute off a corner kick, but was unable to convert.
- This resulted in a 3-0 loss for the Spartans.
