Despite being down after the first quarter, the Aurora University women's basketball team used a strong final three quarters to knock off the Eagles of Edgewood College on Wednesday night by a score of 81-56. All 10 Spartans that saw action in the contest scored with three in double figures.

- Each team traded baskets to begin the game with the score tied at six, before Edgewood went on a 13-2 scoring run.
- AU saw a 19-8 deficit about halfway through the first quarter.
- The Spartans closed out the quarter on an 8-2 scoring run to trail the Eagles 21-16 going into the second quarter.
- AU continued their momentum going into the second as Eliot Dojutrek started to catch fire.
- Kylie Fischbach gave AU their first lead since the beginning the of game at 26-25 with 3:52 to go in the first half after a turnaround jumper. 
- Fischbach scored a couple of more buckets before the end of the half to help give the Spartans a 37-30 lead going into the break.
- AU outscored Edgewood 21-9 in the second while holding the Eagles to just 17% shooting from the field.
- Similar to the beginning of the first half, each team traded baskets before it was the Spartans that went on a scoring barrage.
- A 14-0 run in the 6:50 of the third quarter gave AU a 56-38 lead heading into the fourth quarter.
- The Spartans kept up their hot shooting going into the fourth as Aurora Eklund scored four points in the first minute of the fourth.
- Riley Doggett buried a three with 6:54 left that saw AU's lead reach 21.
- Kamryn Bullock knocked down a three of her own that saw the Spartans point total reach over 80.
- AU took an 81-54 victory over the Eagles.
