The Aurora University men's basketball team had another strong performance in Thornton Gymnasium on Saturday afternoon, defeating the visiting Green Knights of St. Norbert College 76-62. AU shot over 45-percent for the game from the field while holding the visitors to 36-percent shooting.

- AU led at halftime despite being out-short 51.9% to 40.6%.
- The second-half started with a 7-0 AU run with four points from Mehki Doby.
- The game remained in single digits for a while with AU leading by three (50-47) with 11:20 to play.
- AU increased the defensive intensity and an 10-2 run followed as AU led 60-49 with 7:19 on the clock.
- A Jervier Jr dunk with just over five minutes to play brought the home crowd to their feet and gave the Spartans a 62-52 lead.
