The Aurora University men's basketball team traveled to Wisconsin Lutheran College on Saturday afternoon, continuing their Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference schedule against the Warriors who hold one loss on the season. Coming off their 102 point performance last Wednesday against Rockford University, the Spartans were looking to get back to the .500 mark and reach a four game winning streak. AU fell against the Warriors, however, by a score of 91-78.

- All five starters scored within the first six minutes of the contest for the Spartans, as AU trailed WLC 15-12.
- Maxwell Marius tied the game at 17 for AU with 11:26 to go in the first half after a take to the rim.
- Marius would later make one-of-two at the line and then finish another layup in the Spartans final possession of the first half, cutting the Warriors lead to 44-34 going into halftime.
- Dwayne Jervier Jr. provided offense right away for AU coming out of the locker room, scoring the first five Spartan points of the second half.
- WLC took a 70-54 lead halfway through the second half.
- Despite the sustained success for Jervier Jr. offensively, the Warriors stretched their lead to 17 with 4:10 to play.
