The Aurora University women's hockey team will enter the 2025-2026 season being picked to finish fifth in the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NHCA) preseason poll while receiving 60 points in voting.
AU returns to the ice in 2025-2026 off a 10-14-3 overall record and went 9-7-2 in the NCHA with a fifth-place finish. The NCHA's regular season standings determine the teams that qualify for the eight-team Slaats Cup Playoffs, while the tournament champion receives the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Championship.
