The Aurora University Spartans men's wrestling team returned to the mat in a CCIW dual on Thursday afternoon against Carthage College. The Spartans won five of the ten matches on the day while defeating Carthage 24-17.

- Zane Ely got the Spartans started winning the first match of the day, putting the Spartans up an early 6-0.
- Jake Penzato won his match at 141 getting AU out to a 12-3 lead.
- Cameron Johnson would be the next AU winner, putting the Spartans up 15-5.
- After two Aurora losses, Alton Mullinax would get the Spartans back on track, AU lead 18-11.
- A close final match found Spartan Elijah Osit winning the 285 class, sealing the Spartan victory.
