The Aurora University men's basketball team led from start to finish in a home Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference contest with Illinois Institute of Technology on Saturday afternoon. AU opened up a 14-0 lead and went on to win handily, 103-77.

- AU's Devon Richards scored the games first six points and Juan Madrigal finished the opening 14-0 run with six as the Spartans ran off early and never looked back on the Hawks.
- The Spartan lead never got inside single digits and led by 23 going to halftime (57-34).
- Madrigal led all scorers with 19 in the first-half with Richardson scoring 11.
- An 11-4 AU run opened the second-half and the lead reached 30, the largest of the game.
- IIT would get no closer than 20 as AU dominated and went on to win 103-77.
