The inaugural Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Men's Wrestling Dual Championship is headed home  with the Aurora University Spartans men's wrestling team as they won the NACC dual Challenge, defeating Concordia University Wisconsin 45-6 in dominating fashion before knocking off the Raiders of Milwaukee School of Engineering 23-16 to seal the title.

- AU opened up the NACC Challenge with a dominating effort over CUW. 
- The Spartans won all seven matches that were wrestled and led 45-0 before a forfeit at 197 allowed the Falcons to have six points.
- Winners in the CUW dual were Cam'Ron Harper (#285), Tyler Evitts (#133), Jake Penzato (#141), Ashton Massaro (#149), Austin Abitua (#157), Austin Martin (#165), Emanuel Diaz (#174) and Alton Mullinax (#184).
- With the 45-6 win, AU moved on to the championship dual against MSOE.
- The match started at 197 with AU surrendering six points with a forfeit.
- Cam'Ron Harper then secured four points with a major decision win.
- Carlos Munoz-Flores followed with a major decision and AU led 8-6, a lead that the Spartans would not relinquish
- Tyler Evitts then added six points with a fall for a 14-6 AU lead.
- Jake Penzato and Ashton Massaro each added decision victories and the Spartans held a 20-6 lead.
- MSOE would make the match interesting with three consecutive match wins, two decisions and a major decision to cut the AU lead to four at 20-16.
- The final match had Alton Mullinax win by decision to secure the 23-16 AU victory.


Next action for the Spartan men's wrestling team comes on Saturday, February 15 when they travel to CCIW Tournament Championship. First match is slated for 1:00 p.m. in Rock Island, Illinois.
