Strong spring performances continue for Spartan men

The Aurora University men's golf team came from behind on day two of the Forester Spring Invite to knock off the hosts by three strokes and win another tournament title. Trailing by one after day one, the Spartans fired a tournament best round score of 279 to win. The AU-B finished third overall, eight strokes off the lead.

Top Performers
AU-A - 561 (282/279)
- Mattias Morris finished third with a two-round score of 137 (68/69).
- Jackson Hulsey finished fourth with two-round score of 138 (69/69). 
- Braeden Duncan finished tied for 19th with a two-round score of 145 (74/71).
- Caleb Negley finished tied for 19th with a two-round score of 145 (75/70).
- Maddux Tarasievich finished tied for 33rd with a two-round score of 147 (71/76). 

AU-B - 569 (283/286)
- Ty Pennypacker finished tied for sixth with a two-round score of 140 (67/73).
- Christian Wakeford finished tied for 10th with a two-round score of 142 (70/72).
- Brydon North finished tied for 15th with a two-round score of 144 (71/73).
- Thomas Caffarelli finished 19th with a two-round score of 145 (75/70).
- Jonathan Waugh finished tied 36th with a two-round score of 148 (77/71).
