The Aurora University softball pulled off an exciting sweep of Milwaukee School of Engineering on Saturday afternoon at Bedrosian Stadium, winning a dramatic 15-inning marathon 4–3 in game one before grinding out another 4–3 victory in game two. Alex Thiel delivered the walk-off hit in the opener, while Katelyn Serafin turned in a heroic performance on the mound, throwing all 15 innings to earn the win. In the second game, the Spartans erased an early deficit, and Rylee Campbell tossed a complete game to secure the sweep.

Game One
- After a scoreless first, AU struck first in the bottom of the second when Carly Clemens singled home Alex Thiel to give AU a 1–0 lead.
- MSOE answered in the top of the fifth with doubled to right-center to tie the game at 1–1.
- AU threatened in their half of the fifth, putting runners on second and third with two outs, but MSOE escaped to keep it tied.
- Both teams were locked in a pitchers duel through the sixth, seventh, and eighth innings as Katelyn Serafin and Katie Pollock traded scoreless frames.
- In the top of the ninth, MSOE loaded the bases with two outs but Serafin worked out of the jam to preserve the tie.
- AU had a golden opportunity in the bottom of the 10th after a single and a stolen base by Faith Biggs, but couldn't push across the winning run.
- MSOE broke through in the top of the 12th with a RBI single to give the Raiders a 2–1 lead.
- In the bottom of the 12th, Lily Komperda tripled to right-center and scored on a sacrifice fly from Biggs to tie the game at 2–2.
- After a quiet 13th and 14th inning for both teams, MSOE regained the lead in the top of the 15th with a RBI double to make it 3–2.
- In the bottom of the 15th, Nina Richards singled and Arianna Anderson came on to pinch run.
- After a walk to Stephani DeBise, Alex Thiel crushed a two-run double to left-center to walk it off for a 4–3 Aurora victory.
- Katelyn Serafin threw all 15 innings for AU, scattering nine hits, striking out four, and earning her 11th win of the season.
Game Two
- MSOE struck first in the top of the first inning, scoring three runs off four hits to take an early 3-0 lead.
- AU answered immediately in their half of the first when Nina Richards singled and Stephani DeBise walked, setting up Alex Thiel's RBI single to right-center to make it 3-1.
- Later in the inning, Kelsey Oviatt singled through the left side to drive in two more runs, tying the game at 3-3.
- In the bottom of the second, Llily Komperda walked, stole third, and came home on a sacrifice fly by Faith Biggs to give Aurora a 4-3 lead.
- MSOE loaded the bases with two outs in the fourth, but AU's defense came up big by cutting down a runner at home to end the threat and keep the lead intact.
- AU continued to apply pressure, but MSOE escaped a jam in the fourth and again in the sixth to keep it a one-run game.
- In the top of the seventh, Rylee Campbell finished strong, setting the Raiders down in order to close out the 4-3 victory for AU.
- Campbell tossed a complete game, scattering 12 hits while allowing just three runs and striking out two.
