The Aurora University men's basketball team dominated on the court Saturday afternoon, overpowering Edgewood and winning 98-59. All five Spartan starters, and one off the bench finished the game with double-digit point totals.

- In the first three minutes of the game, Edgewood kept it close, but that would be the last time the game would be in reach.
- The Spartans would then go on a 14-4 run over the next four minutes. Now leading 22-8.
- By the midway point of the half, AU led 26-15 on the back of ten Mekhi Doby points.
- The AU lead would stagnate for the rest of the half, going into half up 43-29.
- Doby and Cullen Rauls led the Spartans with 12 and 10 points respectively.
- Devon Richardson was three of four from the field with nine rebounds to add on top.
- AU would start the second half hot yet again, they went on a ten to one run over the first five minutes.
- Spartans over the next ten minutes would have an even great run, going up 24-6 over that span, now leading 79-43.
- AU would continue to pull away to rest of the game, eventually clinching the win 98-59.
