The Aurora University men's hockey team delivered an offensive showcase Friday afternoon, sweeping the weekend with a combined 18 goals in the series after a dominant 9–3 victory over Concordia Wisconsin University at the Fox Valley Ice Arena, led by a five-point performance from Hassan Akl. Senior forward Jacob Brockman scored a crazy insane goal with the "Michigan" for AU's fourth goal of the day.

- Aurora wasted no time getting on the board, as Hassan Akl opened the scoring just 1:08 into the game, finishing a feed from Jacob Brockman and Landry Schmuck.
- Akl struck again midway through the first period to give the Spartans a 2–0 lead, before Schmuck added another at the 10:42 mark to make it 3–0.
- CUW answered late in the opening frame, but Aurora carried a 3–1 advantage into the first intermission.
- Brockman restored the three-goal cushion early in the second period, pulling off an insane "Michigan" goal from behind the net to put the Spartans up 4-1.
- After the Falcons cut the deficit to 4–2 on the power play, Aurora responded with back-to-back goals in the final three minutes of the period.
- Jakson Kirk scored on the power play, followed by Schmuck's second of the game just 23 seconds later, sending the Spartans into the third period with a 6–2 lead.
- CUW added an unassisted goal midway through the third, but Aurora quickly shut the door.
- Kirk netted an empty-net goal before Conor Ronayne and Ryder Many Grey Horses capped off the scoring with two goals in a 13-second span.
- Aurora finished the afternoon with nine goals from six different scorers.
- Akl led all players with five points (two goals, three assists), while Schmuck and Kirk each recorded two-goal performances.
- Matt O'Donnell earned the win in net for the Spartans, stopping 26 shots.
