The Aurora University Women's Track and Field team competed in the Windy City Rumble hosted by University of Chicago on Saturday. The Spartans placed seventh in the eight team meet, scoring 17 points.
 
N'Dya Fields earned a third place finish in the mile, finishing in 5:24.94. She is now tenth in school history in the event.
 
Susi Martinez ran a personal best time of 11:02.06 in the 3,000-meter, good for third place in the event.
 
Mika Fields finished fourth in the 800-meter in 2:24.83. She is now seventh in school history in the event.
 
Marisa Janecek placed eighth in the weight throw with a mark of 14.07m. This personal best throw improves upon her current eighth in school history mark.
 
Up next, the Spartans will compete at the Keck DIII Select hosted by Illinois Wesleyan University. The meet will take place on February 7th at 10:45 AM.
