The Aurora University women's basketball team had 11 Spartans score in a blowout win over visiting Illinois Institute of Technology on Wednesday evening. AU had assists on 21 of their 31 made baskets in the contest as well.

- AU got off to a slow start and trailed 8-2.
- The Spartans then fired off a 16-2 run to take control of the contest with an 18-10 lead.
- AU led 25-19 after one quarter with four Spartans, Krystyna Manzanarez, Kylie Fischbach, Alina Anderson and Aurora Eklund all having five points.
- A 7-0 AU run started the second with five points including a three from Riley Doggett.
- The teams headed to halftime with AU leading by 12 at 39-27.
- Coming out of halftime the Spartans turned up the defensive pressure, forcing three straight IIT turnovers to fuel a 7-0 run.
- With more defensive intensity, AU's lead ballooned to 27 (59-32) midway through the quarter.
- Heading to the fourth, AU led 62-40.
- A three from Arianna Diggs gave AU their largest lead of the game at 41 late in the fourth.
- The Spartans would coast to the 86-53 victory.
