The Aurora University Women's Track and Field team competed in the Chicagoland Indoor Championships hosted by North Central College on Friday. The Spartans competed well in the unscored meet, achieving many personal bests.

Marisa Janecek hit a mark of 14.13m in the weight throw to earn an eighth place finish.

Paige Chapin threw the shot put 10.20m to place ninth.

Emma Jasutis placed ninth in the 5,000-Meter with a time of 19:23.09.

Keyara Bailey jumped a mark of 1.48m in the high jump to place ninth in the competition.

Anna Green won her section of the Mile in 6:08.12, a personal best.

Up next, the Spartans will compete at the F. Lee Slick Invitational hosted by North Central College. The meet will take place on February 20th at 4 PM.
