The Aurora University women's lacrosse team defeated Pacific University 11-9 in game one of their spring break trip to the Northwest.

- The Spartans stormed out of the gates, taking a 5-1 lead in the first quarter.
- Ava Coutney and Nicolina Smith each scored twice and Amelia Bell scored.
- Julie Sass scored the lone AU goal in the second with an assist from Ava Courtney.
- AU led Pacific 5-3 going to halftime.
- In the third the Spartans had to fight off a Pacific battle that saw the hosts tie the score 8-8.
- Nicoline Smith secured a hat trick with a late goal in the third to push the Spartan lead back to 9-8.
- McKenzie Wilson and Ava Courtney had the other two AU goals in the third.
- Courtney and Kara Middleton scored early in the fourth to push the lead to 11-8.
- The Spartans would defeat Pacific 11-9 behind seven saves from goalie Meghan Ginty.
