The Aurora University men's volleyball team dropped a tough five set battle of ranked opponents against Milwaukee School of Engineering on Saturday afternoon in Thornton Gymnasium. AU fell to MSOE 3-2.

- AU trailed early in the opening set but a string of three kills from SJ Nelson gave the Spartans a 15-14 lead.
- The Spartans would win the first set 25-22 behind eight Nelson kills.
- AU dropped the second set 25-18 and the third 25-19.
- In the fourth set the Spartans grabbed the momentum right away with a lineup tweak and ran away with a 25-13 win.
- AU hit .550 with five kills from Josh McLellan and the team had eight blocks in the frame also.
- The visitors jumped out quickly in the fifth set, forcing an AU timeout at 3-0.
- Despite rally attempts, the Spartans did not have enough and fell 15-10.
