The Aurora University Women's Track and Field team competed in the Chicagoland Outdoor Championships hosted by Elmhurst University in Elmhurst, IL this weekend. The meet began with the throwing events on Thursday, followed by the rest of the field events, as well as running events, on Friday and Saturday.
 
Keyara Bailey placed ninth in the High Jump with a leap of 1.48m. She also contested the Long Jump, where she jumped 4.98m for 16th place.
 
Trinity Stewart won her heat of the 400-Meter in 1:03.50.
 
Victoria Tarpeh finished runner-up in her heat of the 200-Meter in 28.20s. Tarpeh also competed in the 100-Meter, where she ran 13.26s.
 
Up next, the Spartans will compete in the Wheaton "Don Church" Twilight Meet hosted by Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois. The meet will take place on Saturday, April 18.
