The Aurora University softball program split a NACC doubleheader at Lakeland University on Wednesday afternoon, opening the day with a 1-0 shutout victory before falling 4-2 in game two. The Spartans relied on dominant pitching and timely execution to secure the opener, but a late inning surge by the Muskies in the second game prevented Aurora from completing the sweep.

Game One
