The Aurora University men's lacrosse team fell in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Tournament semi-final in heartbreaking fashion, 12-11 in overtime. The game never saw a lead larger than one goal throughout as the teams went toe to toe with each other.

- After LFC knotted the game once again, Spencer tickled the twine to put AU ahead again at 11-10 with 4:43 left.
- Following an inadvertent AU turnover in their offensive zone leading by one with under three minutes left in the game proved costly.

- AU did have a last chance with the game tied at 11 and five seconds left.
