The Aurora University women's volleyball team finished day two of the Franklin Tournament with a pair contests, defeating Eureka College 3-0 before falling to Mount St. Joseph 3-1. Spartans
Trinity Nelson and
Izabella Kowalczyk both were named to the All-Tournament Team.

MATCH ONE:
- The Spartans stormed out to a 5-0 lead and rolled to a 25-15 first set win.
- AU hit .440 as a team with 11 assists from
Meredith Milz.
- With the score tied 5-5 in the second set, the Spartans zoomed past the Red Devils and won 25-16.

Izzie Rysanek had six kills in the second set win.
- Much like the second set, the scored was close and tied 6-6 before the Spartans took complete control and won 25-14.
- Rysanek added six more kills in the third set win.
MATCH TWO
- The Spartans took control of the contest early and went on to win 25-19.

Izabella Kowalczyk and
Katelyn Ruse each had three kills in the set win.
- The second set saw multiple lead changes and tied scores but AU fell 25-23.
- Six Spartans led by Kowalczyk (six) had 15 kills.
- AU would drop the third set 25-15 and hit .033 in the frame.
- The Spartans held a 19-13 lead in the fourth set but would see the lead dwindle as they fell 25-23.
