Biography
2013: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the Spartan Men's Soccer team. He was named First Team All-Northern Collegiate Conference and Second Team NCSAA All- Central Region. He appeared in 20 games for the Spartans, starting all 20. He recorded two goals and four points.
2012: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the Spartan Men's Soccer team. He appeared in 18 games for the Spartans, starting 17 of them. He recorded two goals and one assist and was selected to the All-Northern Athletics Conference First Team.
2011: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the Spartan Men's Soccer team. Appeared in 16 games for the Spartans, starting 11 of them. He was selected as a 2011-2012 NAC Scholar Athlete.
2010: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the Spartan Men's Soccer team. Appeared in sixteen games, starting fifteen of them and was selected to the All-Freshman team.
High School: Attended St. Charles East High School where he played three years of varsity soccer under Coach Paul Jennison. He was named All-Conference junior and senior years, along with All-Sectional and team captain senior year. He was also named to the ODP Illinois State team.
Personal: Born 10/14/91 in Geneva, Ill.
Family: Terri and Chuck Novotny. He has two brothers, Nick and Mike.
Hobbies: Playing soccer, guitar and being with friends.
