2010 - 2011: He competed in six races for the Spartans, recording a seasonal record of 27:04.6 in the 8,000 meter race.

2009 - 2010: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the cross country team and was elected to the All-Northern Athletics Conference Men's Cross Country team .

2008 - 2009: Attended Loras College and was a member of the cross country and track teams.

2007 - 2008: Attended Loras College and was a member of the cross country and track teams.

High School: Attended York Community High School where he participated in varsity cross country under Coach Joe Newton, he was part of the State Championship Team his senior year. He also was a member of the track and field team under Coach Stan Redell and was an Individual State Champion senior year.

Personal: Born 1/28/89 in Evanston, Ill.

Family: Jim and Meg Sulkin. He has one brother, Steve and one sister, Julie.

Hobbies: Running, sports, frisbee and snowboarding.

Major: Youth Sports Development.

Minor: Coaching.
