Biography

2010 - 2011: He competed in seven races for the Spartans, recording a personal best 28:34.6 in the 8,000 meter race.

2009 - 2010: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the cross country team.  He received Honorable Mention All-Northern Athletics Conference and the All-Sportmanship Award.

2008 - 2009: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the cross country team.

High School: Attended Terre Haute South High School. He was a four-year member of the varsity cross country team under Coach John Chapman. He was also a three-year member of the varsity track and field team under Coach Eric Craves.

Personal: Born 8/29/89 in Terre Haute, IN.

Family: George and Nancy Goetschel. He has one brother, Michael, and one sister, Marissa.

Hobbies: Music, movies and traveling.

Major: Physical Therapy.

Minor: Coaching.
