Biography

2014: He appeared in 19 games for the Spartans, starting in all 19 of them. He recorded 4 goals, 3 assists, 59 ground balls and 38 caused turnovers.

2013: Was named the MLC Defensive Player of the Year along with First-Team All-Confrence honors. Started all 20 games for the Spartans. Recorded 5 goals, 3 assists, 108 ground balls, recroded 72 caused turnovers, and was second in the NCAA for caused turnovers per game with 3.60.

2012: Was elected MLC Defensive Player of the Year and was also named MLC First-Team All-Conference team. Appeared in 17 games for the Spartans, starting 16 of them.  He recorded one goal, one assist, and 70 ground balls.

2011: He appeared in all 17 games for the Spartans, starting 14 of them.  He recorded two goals, three assists, and 43 ground balls. Was an MLC All-Conference Honorable Mention.

High School: Attended Los Alamitos High School and played two years of varsity Lacrosse under Coach Kevin Meyran. He also played two years of varsity soccer under Coach Donovan Martinez.

Family: Kurt and Susan Fuqua. He has one sister, Kristin.

Hobbies: Pond hockey, sewing and lacrosse. 167
