High School: Graduated from Fairfield Senior High School in 2012 where she participated in softball and soccer.  She received two varsity letters and was named Journal News All-Area Softball Team 2011, Second Team All GMC 2011, GMC All-Academic 2011, First Team All GMC 2012, GMC All-Academic in 2012, Offensive Player of the Year for Fairfield 2012, and Cincinnati Enquirer Honorable Mention Softball All-Star 2012.

Family: Kevin and Lori Shaffer.  She has one brother, Andrew Shaffer.

Hobbies: Reading, writing, and hanging out with friends.
