High School: Attended Mundelein High School. He was a four-year member of the varsity cross country team under Coach John Osmanski. He also competed in four years of varsity track and field under Coach Kevin Shifley. He was named Most Improved and received the Team Leadership Award. He also played two years of varsity basketball under Coach Richard Kror.

Personal: Born 9/1/91 in Arlington Heights, IL.

Hobbies: Beach volleyball.
