2013: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the Spartan baseball team. He made two appearances for the Spartans with three innings pitched.

High School: Graduated from Wayne Memorial High School in 2012 where he participated in baseball, basketball, and tennis.

Family: Larry Lankton and Rebecca Lankton.  He has one sister, Halee Lankton.
