2010 - 2011: He competed in six races for the Spartans, recording a personal best 31:41.6 in the 8,000 meter race.

2009 - 2010: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the cross country team.

2008 - 2009: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the cross country team.

2007 - 2008: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the cross country team. He was selected as a 2008-2009 NAC Scholar Athlete.

High School: Attended Huntley High School. He competed in four years of varsity cross country under Coach Bob Walsh. He also was a four-year member of the track and field team under coaches Kevin Collins and Jim Rolando.

Personal: Born 1/4/90 in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico.

Family: Roberto and Migda Lopez. He has one brother, Joseph, and one sister, Zoar.

Hobbies: Rollerblading, biking and swimming.

Majors: Accounting and Business Commerce.
